Aims & Objectives:

To increase the numbers of young people from diverse and socially disadvantaged backgrounds taking up apprenticeships. To equip young people with the required soft skills to become work ready and build resilience. To help young people understand the apprenticeship process to allow them to be more successful when they apply for placements. 

Targeted Group: 

Sixth Formers who are seriously interested in taking up apprenticeships.
