St Paul's Way Science Research Centre

Status: Physics Lab and classroom / office space
Duration: 5 Months
Budget: £50,000

Contracted in phrase 2 of the science research centre. My main role was to design and fit out the physics lab, a classroom and office for the schools science research centre. I was given 6 weeks to complete this project but 3 months planning prior to the start date.
 

New Primary School Building

Duration: 2 years
Budget: £8.5 Million

A through school project, which started in 2015 and is due the end in 2019. I was brought on this project from the consultation phase. My role was overseeing this project and ensuring that all the schools requirements are met. This was a 4-phase project and was involved till the end of phase 2. 

Extension to the back of the Main school building – Modular build

Status – Additional 6 classrooms and multipurpose hall for 200 students.
Duration - This was a 9-month project in 2016 from planning through to erection.
Budget - £900,000
